My name is Denis and welcome to SportsNovice.com! I love being active as well as working out! Sports have been a big passion of mine since I was a kid. I played all different types of contact sports and loved every minute of it! I’ve played Football, Basketball, Lacrosse, Soccer, Tennis, Racquetball, and many other sports!
Throughout my sports journey, I had many questions about sports that I could never get good answers to. This made me want to learn as much as I can to answer my questions.
Throughout the years, I came to realize that I’m not the only one with so many questions about sports. This made me decide to create this blog to answer all questions anyone might have about sports no matter how weird or silly they might be.
My Background
I played all types of sports since I was 10 years old and with my curiosity to learn, I developed an obsession with these sports over the years.
Since then, I opted to share everything that I learned about sports in my everyday life as well as on this blog, so that other people who love sports as I do can also strive to be the best!
My wife, Fainna, has been my greatest supporter throughout my life. Whether it be my love of sports or starting this website to help people in need, she is always by my side no matter what! Thank you!

Sports is not only a serious passion of mine but also an everyday hobby that I’ve had for the past 2 decades! This gave me a lot of time to perfect my movements, and develop hacks and tips that might not seem like a big deal but make a major difference in everyday life.
